In Canada there is a flavour of potato chips that are infamous. This flavour is found usually only in Canada and is either loved or hated by those who eat this flavour. Can you guess the flavour?

Ketchup Doritos are around for a limited time in Canada. So I decided to grab a bag and see how they stand up. I'm a fan of old dutch ketchup chips and some house brands. The ketchup flavour sometimes tastes like ketchup but it can also be very vinegary or salty. Having never tried ketchup doritos I have no clue where they will be on the spectrum. I've actually can't even remember eating any corn chips that were ketchup flavoured so this is going to be a very new experience for me!!

My first impression of ketchup doritos was they were lightly seasoned and tasted like regular style corn chips with a light ketchup flavour. I took another chip that was well seasoned and my opinion changed. There was ample seasoning on the chips for the most part. They tasted almost spicy but with a sweet salty touch. Vinegar was definitely present in the mix too. As for tasting like ketchup the chips could be called sweet vinegar and no one would know the difference. They are delicious and taste good for doritos. I would recommend these to anyone who loves doritos or corn chips. The seasoning is great and doesn't really isolate anyone.
If you come to Canada definitely try these out as they are great! But hurry because they are limited edition doritos!!!
