No Alcohol September
I decided at the end of august to quit drinking for the next month or so. I usually do this once a year where I won't drink any alcohol for an extended time. This year I chose September and I was successful. I never had any alcohol since august which has given my body some time to recuperate and get healthier again minus the B vitamins in beer.
Moving
September 2017 was a big month for my family and I, starting the month out with a bang we moved to a new city. I had never been to this city longer than a day or two before moving here. It was a big change moving with a young child and finally living alone after living with others for over a year in Korea and Canada. The month was fairly smooth and we are adjusting to our new apartment quite well. It will take some more time but we will be ok.
Exploring
This month was filled with adventure and exploring the city. My family and I got set up and explored the city from finding a doctor to Korean food marts. Almost everyday has been an adventure because this city is so new and exciting to us. We found all the supermarkets close to our house and have tried some restaurants when we had some time. Our exploring might slow down in October but right now even going to the food store is an adventure.
YouTube Channel
My YouTube channel has grown about three hundred subs this month and I tried to post a video everyday. I've taken suggestions and will try to implement them into my videos. A couple of my videos this month got a thousand or two views which is very exciting for me as I mostly film with just me and my wife. The continued growth of my channel has allowed me to expand and try new things with the help of my viewers. I'll continue to make videos and try to grow even more and produce more quality videos with better topics.
Website
This month I also launched my website and will post on it regularly. If you are reading this you are on my website and I thank you for visiting :)
New Job
So in the last week of September I got a new part time job to pass some time while I wait for my career job to open up. I'm in the processing application for my career job and it takes quite some time. My part time job will help with my rent and bills so it is a blessing to have some cash and not worry about paying rent or food.
Conclusion
In conclusion September was a fairly good month with mostly ups and I wait for what October brings...
