Most people don't think of tofu as a dessert but some people eat flavoured tofu daily. The flavours range from sweet to spicy. Today's video is based on a sweet banana dessert tofu. The tofu is is soft and moist and made with natural flavours. The banana flavour is almost between a candy flavour and a ripe banana. It is made from concentrated flavour so it has a sweet flavour. The tofu itself is really soft and not firm. The tofu melts in your mouth and leaves a normal tofu after taste. If you like banana flavoured desserts or tofu pick this up you won't be disappointed.
