UFC FIT Challenge ( Week 3 )
So I survived two full weeks of UFC FIT and am feeling better everyday. The exercise videos are getting familiar to me and I can do more reps and don't feel as worn out after the workouts. I actually feel great and am having fun doing the exercises. I think my stomach and chest is becoming more defined.

The photos from week 1 and week 3 look similar but there are little differences and my body shape has changed a little.

In my back I gained a better posture and feel like it is becoming more defined.

Looking Ahead
I am totally pumped to continue the program. Week 2 was easier than week 1 and I think this week will be easier. I am waiting to see what the second phase of the program will throw at me and if I can learn some new moves to help me gain more flexibility and strength.
