UFC FIT Challenge Week 4
The first section of ufc fit is complete! The first three weeks are in the books and week 4 has come. The last three weeks have trained my body and I have become more flexible and feel better before and after my work out. Week 4 introduces new workouts and challenges that I am ready to face. I feel improvements and am awaiting my daily ufc fit routine.

The side view is looking a little different. The four week picture looks like my stomach area has changed a little. Maybe more toned but we'll have to wait and see.

The front view looks similar but I feel tighter and I can feel that my abs have become more muscular.

My back hasn't changed much but I do feel my back is getting straighter and it's gaining posture.
Looking Ahead
So with the completion of the first three weeks I have reflected on my training a d am really excited for the future. I hope that I can get more toned muscles in the next few weeks and learn some cool ufc moves in the process. To the next step!!!
