UFC FIT Challenge (Week 5)
So this week brought on the next set of work outs or training videos and wow are they a step up. The two new videos introduce all new exercises that are designed to make you sweat and tone your body. This week was hard but it was fulfilling to finish this week in its entirety.

Side View Week 1 vs Week 5 |
Well my side view is a little different from week 1, I am definitely more toned and my peck looks sharper.

Front View Week 1 vs Week 5 |
My front view is similar but changing. I feel the muscle growing in my chest and abs and my stomach feels tighter and stronger.

Back View Week 1 vs Week 5 |
My back view has changed a lot. My posture is better and I feel great and my skin is actually clearing up and getting better.
Looking ahead
I've been doing the UFC FIT Challenge for awhile now and the results are starting to show. In the future I believe I can achieve some more improvements in my posture and toning. I am excited to keep on with the program and train till I am UFC FIT. See you all next week
