UFC FIT CHALLENGE ( WEEK 6)

UFC FIT Challenge Week 6

So the grind is real. This week was full of workouts or training sessions as have been the last weeks. I'm feeling really confident with the second stage exercises and am pushing myself to get the most out of the exercises. It was a good hard week!

Front View Week 1 VS Week 6
I feel my body is definitely more toned around my abs and chest area. My pecks feel harder and are shaping up well.
Side View Week 1 VS Week 6
My abs are changing and toning up with all the ab exercises. I feel my posture has increased too this week and I can stand straighter.
Back View Week 1 VS Week 6
My back is looking better and my posture has improved so my back looks longer and more slim. It's a real improvement from week one.

Looking Ahead

I'm really looking for forward to the coming weeks and the new exercises in the next two weeks.I feel my progress is improving and that I can become a champion.
