UFC FIT Challenge ( Week 8)

This week was harder than the last and the two new videos brought back weights and faster reps as well as harder exercises. The exercises are doable but require a little more interaction and thought. Overall this week left me sore but the results from this week are amazing. I feel like I'm really getting into shape and becoming g ufc fit.

Front View Week 1 VS Week 8
Again my front view has taken some suddlte changes and has become more toned and my stomach is reshaping in a good way. My chest feels sore but great and my arms feel more toned.
Back View Week 1 VS Week 8
My back has also continued to improve and I feel like I can stand taller and walk with more ease do to my increased posture. Also my flexibility has increased vastly
Side View Week 1 VS Week 8
My side view is starting to change to. My abs are forming and my stomach feels more sturdy and muscular. My side view is really changing lately which feels great.

Looking Ahead

Looking ahead I'm pumped to do the harder exercises and experience more results. This program has worked so far and with the new harder exercises I feel the future is looking great!
