Limited edition German Gingerbread Chocolate

Schogetten Gingerbread Chocolate

Growing up with German grandparents meant I got a lot of German foods and stuff. However I never tried Gingerbread Chocolate before from Germany. Here is my review of the chocolate.

The chocolate had a nice spice smell that reminded me of spice cakes I ate as a child that were produced in Germany.  The chocolate was rich and milky with a great semi-sweet taste. The Gingerbread filling was a nice Gingerbread flavour with added in spices that resembled spice cakes from my childhood.

The chocolate wasn't in a bar form but in little square nuggets. These nuggets are great because you don't lose chocolate breaking apart the bar and it makes the chocolate easier to share with family and friends.

Overall I would recommend this chocolate bar for spice and gingerbread lovers. If you dont like spice cakes or gingerbread you might not like this chocolate.
