Limited Edition Space Dunk Oreos
Oreos are a snack staple to many people throughout the world. There are many different flavours of Oreos available. Limited editions pop up all the time. This year Space Dunk Oreos were released. The packaging looks futuristic and reminiscent of childhood dreams of being and astronaut. The cookies are described as being a marshmallow flavour with popping candy.
The Oreos themselves sport different space themes on one side including shooting stars and rockets. The other side of the cookie shows the Oreo cookie brand and pattern we all know and love. Inside the cookie we find a blue and pink colour filling with pieces of "explosive" candy (popping candy).
The Oreos tasted fairly similar to original Oreos maybe with a smoother texture and a light marshmallow flavour. Once the cookies settle in your mouth the real fun begins. The filling does live up to the hype. The explosive candy pieces pop in your mouth and give a tingly feeling on your tongue and throughout your mouth.
The Oreos are unique and the popping candy goes well with the smooth marshmallow chocolatey flavour. I'd recommend these Oreos if you like pop rock and/or other popping candies.
